Hello, I am having an issue with the Rotten Tomatoes scores not appearing when I select a movie on my windows computer. When I go on my iphone they are there. Instead on my computer it just shows a star rating. I have selected RT in Agents, have clicked refresh all, and read the documentation and other user questions. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
The Plex Web agent does not yet support the display of the RT ratings.
As do some other Plex clients as well, at this time. It will come.

Thank you for the prompt reply! If i may ask, where do the star ratings currently come from? I read the documentation and it just says you can adjust the rating.
Currently, the stars are just a (rounded) representation of the tomatometer percentage (the rating by movie critics, not the audience rating),
with 100% = 5 stars
IF the movie indeed has a RT rating.
Which you can find out either by looking at it with a client which already has support for RT ratings or by looking at the mediainfo XML.

@OttoKerner - Is there a list somewhere (other than in Plex employees and Plex Ninjas heads) that tells which clients are currently supporting the Rotten Tomatoes scores/features/data?
