I’ve enabled it in “Plex Movie Settings” but the movie pages are only showing 0 to 5 stars, instead of percentages.
The Rotten Tomatoes ratings show up in other apps, but not in the web interface. I guess it’s still on the “To-Do” list

Oh yes, you’re right!
That’s a shame.
I realize you want to see the numbers rather than the stars (which you can’t do on the detail page), but the Web interface is using the Rotten Tomatoes ratings. It just converts it to stars. If you edit the movie, you’ll see the Rating number in the Rating field. If you switch between the different rating sources, then check the Rating field, you’ll see that it does change (you might have to refresh the library when you change the Rating source). So if IMDB had a rating of, say, 60 for a movie, and Rotten Tomatoes gave it an 80, Plex might display 3 stars or 4, depending on the source.

Why not show the percentage, like in the apps?
Well I don’t know. I just tried to provide some info I thought might help.
