Hello, I have a PMS and I share contents with someone with Plex installed on a Xiaomi MiBox 4 device. He’s never had problems viewing shared libraries as well as shared specific media, but recently, he can only see shared libraries from me. So, he has the SHARED option on the left panel menu but it doen’s show anything there.
I tried reinstalling PLEX, also resetting MiBox Android installation and nothing happened. Strangely, with his same account, he can see my shared media on his mobile’s Plex (Android).
Please help me with any suggestions. Thanks
