Friend Shared library not available on Android TV device

I have been setting up my mother in law with access to our Plex Library. I set up a Plex account and shared our library with her. I have also given her our old Xiaomi Mibox Android TV device, installed Plex on it and connected it to her Plex account. When logged into her Plex account on her Mac through the browser she can access our shared library.
However on the Mibox the shared library does not show up. Should it just appear like it does in the web interface?

I am a Plex Pass subscriber but her account is just a free account. Does she need to unlock the app to enable shared library access? This is the Android TV app not the mobile app.

I can stream to my phone on her wifi network, so I don’t think this is a network issue.

Is the MiBox connecting to your server? or to her local hard drive on the MiBox?
I believe on the MiBox you scroll to the bottom to pick the server.
