Cannot set up live TV & DVR

I have been running the Live TV & DVR for close to 6 months. About a week ago I noticed my live TV & DVR section disappeared from my PMS (version 1.13.4.5251).

When I go back into it, there is an option to set it up again. So I go through the set up and it cannot find my HDHomeRun Connect 2 Tuner. The HDHR is discoverable on the network via the IP address and on my HDHR app on my Ipad. It will tune and display fine.

But in Plex, I have to manually type in the IP address, then it finds it and let me go onto the next step.
At the next step it will find the channels and I can rescan for channels. When I click on continue, it asks for the postal code to download the EPG.

This works fine, I click on Continue and it identifies my local stations. If I click on continue, I get the following:
“Setup complete!
You can now find your Guide and Recordings in the sidebar under “Live TV”. While we’re grabbing the guide data, you can start browsing; it will update automatically as we download what’s on.”

At this point, the “View Guide” is greyed out and the only thing I can do is click on Close. If I click on Close, it is as if I never set up the DVR at all.

This is where I am stuck.

Google shows others that have run into this, but it looks as if no one has resolved it?

Any ideas?

Additional troubleshooting steps:
I have restarted both the server and the HDHR. I have repaired the plex installation and reinstalled the plex server. All to no avail. It still won’t work.

On a side note, I also run Plex on my QNAP, and the HDHR works fine with that.

I am not too sure what it was, but I uninstalled Plex. After that, I went through and deleted all of the registry entries related to plex that were left behind.

I then rebooted and reinstalled Plex. Then stepped through the DVR setup and everything is working correctly.
