I have been using a Homerun prime with plex on windows for several months now without flaw. Today when I tried browsing to live tv on my fire tv stick, it was unable to load the guide. Using the web app I was also unable to browse the program guide. I started a guide update hoping that would fix the issue, after it was finished all DVR settings are now gone. It’s asking me to set up DVR again however when I try to find my homerun it never finds anything even when specifying the IP address. I have tried several restarts of plex and windows as well as the homerun prime.
Any help would be appreciated.

UPDATE:
From a suggestion on another thread, I tried using firefox to set up DVR. it does not show my device, however, lets me enter the IP address, then I can click Continue, it acts like it goes through the process, finds the channels, downloads the guide, but then when finished all I see is the setup for DVR again. No options to view schedule like it wasn’t enabled. 
RESOLUTION: Found the following article for anyone else that has this issue. Seems to have resolved the issue, hopefully for good.
