I go through the setup process for Live TV & DVR, it finds my channels, completes the setup, but Live TV will NOT appear on my menu no matter what I do. I go back, and it starts the setup process all over again, but it will no longer find my Hauppauge tuner and just spins forever. I have to copy over my database to have it find it again, but always the same result.
This is incredibly frustrating, and I can NOT find help for this anywhere. Does anyone know what or why I can do? Frustrating to have a plex pass but not get any real support.
Thank you Darcilicious! Looks like you were bang on, an update was applied during last night’s maintenance period and it’s working this morning. Excellent!
One thing to note though … I did have to go back to a backup copy of my database from before the last attempt for it to go through and complete the setup properly. Just in case anyone else is still struggling out there today!
