Cannot set up Live TV/ DVR

I’m having trouble setting up the Live TV/DVR. It gets stuck at the point where I enter my post code. I’ve tried many times, restarting from scratch, closing and restarting the app. Twice, it did start to show some progress and once it finally after a long while, it did progress to the next stage. But after some more waiting it then gave me another error message saying it could not retrieve the channels. Looking at others who seem to have the same problem, I contacted Three, my broadband provider because others seemed to be on the same provider. They were of no help. But after contacting them is when I did see some progress, but then it stopped again at the next stage. So I don’t think it’s a problem with Three. There seems to be a known issue for users located in Europe, trying to setup their DVR.

Thanks for the info. I did contact Three today, they were clueless. Seems someone at Plex should be contacting Three to sort this out, since it seems to be a common problem. Strange, though, that it did progress once through the post code stage, only to hang up on the next stage of channels not appearing. If it was a Three problem, it doesn’t seem that it would have been able to find my local guide (Scotland) even that once. But I’m not savvy at all when it comes to internet connections.
