Cannot set up Plex DVR

I have been having trouble setting re-setting up the DVR as I was not getting an channel guide update. I have tracked this down to Three (my 4G home broadband Provider based in UK, Essex). It is ok if I force the router to 3G but I do not fancy doing this all the time!

Three say everything all OK their end with 4G (despite them telling me to try swapping to 3G and it then working). How can I prove to them through Plex logs thats its there system - what file and what line(s) show requests are bouncing?

It even seems that metadata is playing up through Three now! again solved by switching specifically to 3G

I am also unable to set-up a DVR using FireTV, HDHomeRun Scribe Duo and Mac (current OS). I get to the dialog that asks for Postal Code and no code in any format works to make “Continue” button go live. Have used valid 5-digit US code, 9 digit, 9 digit with a dash. Have used other postal codes in this general area and even one from a former residence in another state - none enable that “Continue” button. Can you help?

you might want to start you’re own thread… also provide details of the server, currenty software version, ISP, etc. that will help others to help you.
