I added my son to be able to watch movies from my server. I added him as a Friend. He is not able to see my server. He gets this message.

You do not have access to this server
My remote access is green and it says Fully accessible outside your network.
Does anyone know what I need to do?
Have you only added his account as friend or did you also share libraries with the account?
I also shared all the libraries on my server.
So… where exactly is your son getting that error message?
Does he see your libraries in his app but they fail to open or are they not showing at all?
Does the issue persist after a forced quit/restart of the app?
He gave me is account information. I logged into his account. It shows the server, but nothing is under it. I can’t see anything.

Please try to unshare those libraries and re-share them to verify if that fixes the issue.
If it doesn’t – try the same with removing your son’s account as a friend and re-adding it, then re-share your libraries.
When I go to my account and sharing. It says I am sharing all my libraries.
I tried both of those. It is doing the same thing. I am seeing a small earth type icon under my picture that is grey.
By the way, thank you for helping me. I have been to Munich many times. I used to live in Neu Ulm a very long time ago.
I just discovered something. I went to my neighbor’s house and tried to log into my account with their wifi and it says my server is offline. Now I need to figure that out.
Will likely need to see your server logs.
