Cannot start plex server after a password change

I had the Plex server on my Shield TV running fine.
Using my iPad’s browser, I logged in to my Plex account to change my password and opted to sign out of all other instances of Plex.

After the password change, I logged out from the Shield Plex app then I signed back in, using the link code on the screen.

Since then, the sever refuses to start. I rebooted the Shield Pro but still the server won’t start.

Please assist.

Edit: If I sign out of plex, then the server is running. When I log back in on the Shield Pro, it gets stopped and will refuse to run again.
