Cannot uninstall Plex Media Server after Hard Drive Replacement

I have replaced my Hard Drive, on which Plex Media Server was installed.

I have cleaned registries using CCleaner.

When I try to install new version of Plex Media Server, I am offered a choice to Uninstall or Repair Plex Media Server. Either option results in a fatal error as shown in the attachment.

I have followed the advice at https://support.plex.tv/articles/201941078-uninstall-plex-media-server/ but this does not solve the problem.

It means I am now unable to install Plex at all on my system. A log file of what happens when I attempt to uninstall is provided.

Please could you advise?

I have finally been able to resolve the problem by using Revo Uninstaller Pro.
