Cannot Update Plex Media Server?

I cannot figure out where I can find the newest release (and download such release) to my desktop. I usually have the option by opening the Plex Web App via my Synology DSM, then seeing a yellow highlighted up arrow on the top right corner.

I downloaded this once several minutes ago, but it isn’t showing up for some reason under my downloads. Therefore, I went back to the DSM, then the Plex Web App, but there was no longer an up arrow to select.

It says " Version 4.108.0" under Settings > General on my Plex Web App. I’m not sure if this is the player version or the server version. If this could be clarified as well (as I could not find the difference), and where to find these two, that would also be greatly appreciated.

Where can I find the updated version to download for my Plex again?
