Hello, I get a “turn off your ad blockers” error…but they ARE turned off. ? Appreciate any help.
Which web browser?
Are you using any kind of “internet filter” for the whole home network, either as part of your router, or as a separate device (e.g. Pi.hole)?

Brave’s purpose is to block by default. You may need to allow certain things for watch.plex.tv in its settings.
Thanks, but as I said initially, I did that. I turned them off for this site, but still get the error message.
Try with a standard browser (Chrome, Firefox etc., without any blocking add-ins). If that works, the culprit must be Brave.
Depending on the content you are trying to watch, you might also require a HDCP-capable playback chain. Not all browsers, graphics adapters, monitors do provide that functionality.

Good grief. I can’t believe I didn’t try another browser, pardon that. Sure enough, I tried Edge and it worked. Not sure what’s going on with Brave but thank you for your help!
