Cannot watch or record certain random channels

My Plex DVR missed a couple of recording, upon investigation it seems as though the channels that the programs in question aired on cannot be tuned by plex for some reason. I’m currently running Plex in a FreeBSD Jail, tried Plexpass versions 1.14.0.5464 and 1.14.0.5468, connected to a HDHomerun Prime with CableCard running the latest firmware. Attached are some screenshots of the UI, the tuner status when attempting to tune the channel, and a screenshot of the errors in the “Plex Media Server.log” file.

Has anyone else run into this? I confirmed that the channels that don’t tune with Plex can be tuned just fine with the HDHR app on both windows and android.

Spun up a Virtual Machine for testing, installed the latest plex, observed the same behavior. Spun up another VM, installed a different OS (CentOS 7) installed latest plex, same issue observed. Installed Emby on second testing VM, all channels work as expected. COME ON PLEX.
