Playback Error: Could not tune channel

Since some updates in 2022 on the Synology (1515+ and 1520+) Plex does not play or record some of the channels like VOX or RTL. When I install the Plex Version from the Synology App Store 1.29.2.6364-7000 I do not see the issue. Starting with some versions before 1.31.0.6654-7000 I cannot record or get an error when start streaming “Playback Error: Could not tune channel. Please check your tuner or antenna.”

What do I need to to to get awarness of Plex team to get this bug fixed?

hey, I have a similar issue in Romania…

Yes an I still see it with new builds. Never did get any reaction. Emby works fine in same environment. So I am thinking about switching since Plex does not give any support.

My live tv stopped working about a month ago, and just get the same error, im running on unraid Plex version 1.40.3.8555

Hello?? Plex ?? that particular error is not present when playing by firestik! from android phones and webbrowsers the issue persits!
