Can't access/claim server after password change and Force Sign out

Hi,

I had noticed some activity from Sydney on my account I suspected that my password was compromised. So I decided to Change my password and sign out all my devices.

Since then I have lost access to my Server which is running on an Unraid in docker.

I have used Help Article but with no luck. When I connect to plex on local IP, I still see the same dash as I’m on Plex.tv. There is no option to add a source or reclaim the server.

This is my “Preference.xml” minus the “----” to remove the personal info.

Anyone has any idea?

Im having the exact same issue, Unraid docker. I reset password and signed out of all devices. now plex cant see my server to claim it
