Can't access local Live TV (from tuners) after app update

Hi all,

My Nvidia Shield TV Pro suddenly stopped allowing access to my Plex server libraries and Live TV/DVR. After a lengthy chat with Nvidia, I updated the both the Plex client app and the Plex media server app on the Shield. That brought back the libraries.

Current issue is I don’t have access to my TV tuner and local OTA channels.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Can you describe what it is that you aren’t seeing in the Plex client now?

In the past several months Plex Live TV & DVR moved in the client. I don’t know exactly when it happened for the Shield, but it is possible that is what you are experiencing. Live TV & DVR moved under “Live TV”, and your Plex server OTA TV would now be a tab across the top after “Live TV” is selected.

If that isn’t the problem then please ignore…
