Hi. whenever I try to watch or use my plex library outside of my home on wifi or mobile data it says it can’t connect to the server. I recently had my router replaced as the one initially provided by the ISP was faulty. If anyone could help or might know how to fix it and is willing to help that would be very much appreciated.

Yeh i have, it says fully accessible outside your network in green on my remote access setting. which is why i don’t know what to do. it says remote access good. But can’t watch on shows on my phone outside of home
Best to have your plex server connected to inhernet when using remote access. Make sure ip address is reserved on your router for that device if your device doesn’t lock a static ip address. Also try port forwarding on your router as well if that helps.
