Can't Access my server inside and outside my home network

<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

So, i can’t access my server inside my network and outside, the only way to access it is by the server PC, even when i try to open it in the same pc by the browser connection it doesn’t show my library.

I’m providing some pics to help anyone that might help me solving this.

This image shows my server account in the server pc. i can find my library if i go on More and then choose the library, but when i try anyother way to reach my server it just don’t show anything.

this image is logged in the same server pc directly by the browser without passing trough the server. i can’t see any of my libraries.

i didn’t change any settings in my router or pc. Last week i was able to watch everything remotely, and from last week until now, i just can’t reach anymore,

i even try to create another account and give myself access to my full library, and it just don’t know anything

Update:

I can access my library from my appleTV and my iPhone, but i can’t from my SmartTV Sony and from any my Windows PC Home/Work
