Unable to Access Server Outside of Home Network

As of a few months ago, I’m unable to access my server outside of my home network. I get “iMac is Current Unavailable Please verify that the server is running and has a network connection. If you need additional help…”

When I go to the settings it shows a green padlock next to iMac and Remote Access indicates “fully accessible outside your network”.

I use Private Internet Access (PIA) for VPN service but the issues persists whether or not PIA is running.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
