Can't access Plex Media Server

Hello, I’m a Lifetime Plex Pass user.

On the 11th october, I got this e-mail from Plex:
“…A new device was used to sign in to your Plex account:
Account: *********
Device: Plex Website
Location: London, England, United Kingdom(estimated)
IP address: 45.3.44.175…”

I changed my password immediately, but since that day, it’s been impossible for me to access my media library. The library is located on a WD Mycloud pr2100. The files are all there, I can access them via windows manager or the macos finder on my home network, but my plex media server is nowhere to befound.
I can’t see it on my browser, nor on my tv, nor on the windows app, nor on my mobile phone.
I’ve tried reinstalling the plex media server on my Nas several times, using different releases, but it doesn’t work anymore. I’ve tried in all your forums and support pages, but I haven’t found any solution.
