I can no longer access Plex web and this is the second time this has happened. Last time was a year or so ago and I had to rebuild my server from scratch. Now it has happened again.
The server is working but I am unable to access Plex web to make changes to my libraries. Every time I visit Plex web, I get a brief glimpse of my library for a second or two and then it goes to to the server setup wizard. When I proceed with setup it fails and says " A problem has been detected with a core component of Plex Media Server."

I am attaching my log file. Any help would be appreciated. I really don’t want to have to rebuild my server again, since it will lose all progress.
