Recently I was hosting a plex server from my parents house and had no issue setting things up there. However I recently took their HDD back to my house to add media to and since it was a lot I figured I would host the server on my computer for a few weeks so they could still access their content while I had the hard drive. However I removed their server and CAN’T get a new server made. When I launch plex media server from the system tray I get “Site Can’t be Reached” and when I launch it in the web app to complete setup for the server on my computer I get the error “A problem has been detected with a core component of Plex Media Server.” This is all being done on a windows PC. The old server was also a windows PC.
Legitimately nothing I try works. I’ve reinstalled about a dozen times. I’ve tried every thing I can find on here. Im about to pull my hair out and there’s nothing I can find that will work.
