Can't access PMS on Synology DS918+ Locally

I’m not entirely sure when this started happening, but for some reason my Plex Server is always unavailable locally from the web player. The weird thing is that it works when I turn on a VPN. It runs fine with and without a VPN when I connect from the server’s IP address on the browser, the only issue is that I don’t have the “Server” option under settings. I have no idea if that correlates with the other issue.

I’ve tried the steps to gain control of the server when you’re “locked out,” that didn’t help. I tried uninstalling Plex on Synology and reinstalling it, and that didn’t work. I’ve even tried uninstalling and deleting any trace of Plex from Synology and installing again, and that still didn’t work. I’m all out of ideas now.
