I don’t know where the server version# and the player version# are. It says under where I click ‘Browse for Media Folder’ next to the cancel and save changes button “Your changes could not be saved.” It’s never said that before. What do I do?

Wait for a while and try again. If you can’t wait anymore, restart your server. I’ve seen this error before on that exact dialog, it happens when there are pending transactions.
How big is your database file?
Where do i find my database file? Im relatively inexperienced when it comes to this. I happened to figure out how to make server on Plex by chance and trial and error. Im not super tech savvy.
