Just curious if anyone had this issue, i recently deleted my libraries that i share, and now i cant add my media anymore in the settings it takes me to the download page
when you visit http://<IP_OF_PMS>:32400/identity what does it show for the claim status?
thanks for your help and I’ve also been getting a weird virus pop-up that tells me another IP address is trying to access is that Plex?

Is your server running on the same machine you’re currently using?
Then open http://127.0.0.1:32400/web OR click Open Plex from the context menu of the PMS icon in your system tray. This should bring up the local version of Plex’s web app which is bundled with your server.
From what you describe, you might have locked yourself out while deleting those libraries, possibly by accidentally removing your server from the list of authorized devices. That’ll logout your server from your account. In that case it will no longer appear in your Plex apps or the hosted web app – but you should still be able to access it locally (via the bundled web app → as per the instruction above).
If that works, you should be able to re-claim your server from there (e.g. by going to Settings > [Server Name] > General and clicking the Sign In button at the center of that settings page).
ok so when i click your link i get this below. i dont see the icon in system tray but im able to open the app on desktop, what do i do next? i deleted it because i wanted to change media folders, i guess its my fault but really not sure what is going on, i am signed in now with my paid account with plex but how do i re add the libraries?
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
i went back in the re downloaded the plex desktop server and now i see libraries again, and it looks like its refreshing, but now i see the content but also a whole bunch of weird documents that are not even the folder i selected anyone else ever have this happen?
