My library just disappeared. I had Plex Media Server for a long time but wasn’t using it. Today decided to watch something and realized my library was gone and there was no way to setup a new one. On the Plex Web App, when I go to “Your Media” it says I have to install Plex Media Server, but I already have it installed. Tried uninstalling and installing again, but doesn’t work.
Help 
Do you experience the same if you use the web app bundled with your server (e.g. http://127.0.0.1:32400/web if you’re on the same machine) or the hosted web app?
Sounds like you might try accessing a claimed server with a different Plex account. Something similar could happen if you had changed your account password and opted to sign out all devices… if the server is signed out this way, you won’t be able to see it using the hosted web app (until you’ve reclaimed it).
