My local libraries disappeared and I can't add them back

Server Version#: v.1.42.1.10060-4e8b05daf
Player Version#: v.1.110.0.351-4e48eb83
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

I lost access to my local libraries and I don’t see an option to add them back. Based on what I see/read online it says there should be an “add Library” option to the left on the settings pane but I don’t see anything.

can you access the server via the local web app at serverlocalIPAddress:32400/web on the machine it is installed? https://support.plex.tv/articles/200288666-opening-plex-web-app/#toc-1

Yes. I see this pane.

When I click “Get Plex Media Server” it send me here (https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/?cat=computer&plat=windows) and asks me to download plex which I downloaded and installed, uninstalled, re-downloaded and re-installed multiple times.

I just uninstalled and re-installed. I refresh the browser and it still asks me to Get Plex Media Server to Add Media.

I assume you finally got this fixed? What resolved your issue? This just happened to me and an intial search for the problem brought me to this page.

Sounds like the server is unclaimed what does http://[Local Plex Media Server IP Address]:32400/web show?

Never could figure it out. Decided to go to Emby.
