When I try to create a new recording on the DVR, I get the error: There was a problem saving your changes. Please try again.
This is what I see in the logs:

Any ideas on how to get DVR working again? It’s been like this for over a year. It sounds like the database is corrupted but I’ve gone through several repairs/rebuilds over the course of the last year.
