Server Version#: 1.19.4.2865 Freebsd
Player Version#: Plex Web 4.30.2/iOS 7.0/Roku
I am having issues setting recordings for my DVR. When I do it through Plex Web I get the error “There was a problem saving your changes. Please try again.” accompanied by the following in the Plex Media Server.log
“Jun 08, 2020 18:20:39.396 [0x80b1d7c00] ERROR - Soci Exception handled: sqlite3_statement_backend::prepare: no such column: blob_type for SQL: select blob from blobs where linked_type=‘media_subscription’ and linked_id=268 and blob_type=4”
When I try to set a recording on my iPhone I get “Error Response Error Code:500” with the same back end entry in the server logs.
I tried to optimize the DB and it completes but I get the following entry three entries
"Jun 08, 2020 18:24:20.304 [0x812b8ac00] WARN - Held transaction for too long (…/Library/FullTextSearch.cpp:17): 0.101562 seconds
Jun 08, 2020 18:24:20.563 [0x812b8ac00] WARN - Held transaction for too long (…/Library/FullTextSearch.cpp:38): 0.156250 seconds
Jun 08, 2020 18:24:20.669 [0x812b8ac00] WARN - Held transaction for too long (…/Library/FullTextSearch.cpp:48): 0.101562 seconds
followed by this one repeatedly in the logs during the process:
“Jun 08, 2020 18:24:28.690 [0x812b8ac00] INFO - SQLITE3:0x10, 17, statement aborts at 57: [select * from metadata_items limit 1] database schema has changed”
I am hopeful this doesn’t mean my DB is toast because although I keep backups I don’t use the DVR feature often so I don’t know when things went awry. I have been able to add new media and have it register but its been a few days. Any help appreciated.
Thanks,
Chris
