Cant Cast to Chromecast

I have had this issue for a while now and I have struggled to find any support for this issue.

My Plex Media server is Hosted on a Synology DS218j NAS device. All my Plex videos play fine on all devices except the Chromecast. When I cast, the device connnects to the Chromecast and Plex loads but the file I try to play always hangs at 0% with any files uploaded from a certain point. What I mean by this is, old stuff works fine (stuff played prior to the problems). Anything new added since this started refuses to play.

I’ve tried:

Changing plex settings
Optimizing files to play on chromecast
changing router settings
removing and reinstalling Plex Media Server
Factory resetting the Chromecast
Tried both 2.4GHz and 5Ghz Wireless on the Chromecast
Tried lowest resolution\quality

Nothing seems to work. Log files attached. Any help is appreciated. I used Nikita S01E01 as the test video for the logs

I did all that but same issue unfortunately. Those errors are likely before I was able to test because I had just upgraded to DSM 7. I had to set the permissions again and repair the app.

Thanks for the response. This did resolve the issue for all but one of the my videos. The last one is Resident Alien. The files are MP4 but it still refuses to play.
