I also made TVDB the last thing on the TV agent list and got no dice. All I can use is TVDB but that doesn’t have metadata for the show I’m trying to add. I want to use TVRage. Any ideas?
I too have been having this problem and it seems to have only started with the most recent update.
I can’t seem to choose anything other than tvdb and given how unmoving and arrogant tvdb can be with the naming of certain shows (kitchen nightmares, American dad, etc) I would love to be able to use something else.
The issue with the way TV agents is implemented is that TVDB is the primary agent which means a show has to be in the TVDB in order for it to have metadata pulled from it by one of the other agents. What we really need is a TVRage primary agent to go along with the TVDB but for some reason this is something that has been neglected for ages.
I hope this comes back, because I apparently have 3 seasons of totally different shows being listed as "Up" tv series. i.e. that's what they use when they have no idea what it should be.
And I can't change the episodes individually to other series, only on a season level. Which is crap.
