Change search agent not possible

I try to change the search agent to thetvdb agent, because the plex agent wont find the correct metadata. but iam not able to change because there is no other agent to choose in the the dropdownlist.

I have a issue with some tv shows an series when using the plex tv series agent, like incorrect or missing metadatas and and missing or wrong credits. the data in the tvdb are correct, but although i set up additional agents, the metadata, credits an names are wrong.
as you can see:

thats the show i want to add. and as you can see, there are all nessesary credits an d metadatas.

i choose the naming like:
Die Glorreichen 10 [tvdb-291785]/Season01/Die Glorreichen 10 [tvdb-291785] - S01E01 - Die größten Loser der Geschichte

can anyone tell me why this wont work and i still have no correct credits, metadata, posters, backgrounds and so on?

You don’t need to change the agent to search for something

If you use the Plex TV Series for your agent in scanner the 2nd screen shot you posted no longer applies to you

Your configuration is now done under the advanced tab of the library settings

3 dots next to the library → Manage Library → Edit → Advanced

Don’t use square brackets. Use curly {} ones. Otherwise Plex will ignore what is written between them, instead of using it as a matching hint.

For Die Glorreichen 10 switch it to the TVDB show order.

Click the pencil on the show poster and go to advanced

EPISODE ORDERING

The TMDB has the show listed but no metadata for anything aside from the title

As you can see, there is no option to choose “TheTVDB (Aired)”

That’s because you managed to switch the library to one of the older agents.
The episode ordering selector as described above is only available when using the new agent “Plex TV Series”.
