Can't change playback quality in main settings (app crashes)

My Remote Quality setting is on the default 720p/2 Mbps and I can’t change it. When I click the setting to open the pop-up menu with the other choices the whole app crashes. I’ve tried deleting the Plex app and downloading a fresh copy, resettng the customization on it, signing out of the app and then relaunching and signing back in so far.

Here’s the log file from the most-recent attempt I made to open the app and change the setting.
