Can't Claim Server

Server Version#:PlexMediaServer-1.19.1.2701-6327e27bf-armv7
Player Version#: Unknown

Long story short. Recently had my Virgin Super Hub upgraded to number 3. As a consequence I was no longer able to access Plex through any of my devices yet I could see it on my Seagate Nas Server and it was running. Had a similar problem two years ago during a power cut and deleting and reinstalling the server resolved the issue. I have tried this trick but now I’m unable to claim the server. TBH I reached the limit of tech skill to move forward. I only use the Plex system so my kids can watch a few of there favourite shows. I don’t want to waste endless hours trying to get this resolved but if someone knows of a fix I would appreciate it. I deleted the Plex software on my Mac and removed access to the old Server name.

I’m unable to generate logs (as I could never find them the last time this happened).

Can anyone help?

This is as far as I can get… anyone have access to older server software as this might fix it?

So what’s the problem?
You click on Claim Server on the screen displayed on your screenshot… and what happens next? Do you get an error message?

Hello Tom,

Thanks for the response.

Yes I tried clicking on the Claim Server link, but it fails to progress any further. No error messages.

I just wondering is there anyway to load a older version of the Seagate NAS software?

What do you expect this to fix?

I just figured that the server was running okay on an older version so I thought it might be worth giving it a shot.

As the file you linked me to, that won’t work as my OS is for Mac.

From the same link… there’s also a page for Linux / Mac:
