Can't claim server

hi. i guess this topic is a recurrent one, but none of the other topics helped.

i can’t claim the server. reinstalled, restarted, curl claimed, reset defaults. it’s probably a DNS thing (it’s always DNS), but…

any help, please?

just reseted my router to factory settings. evererything working.
