Server Version#: 1.40.0.7998
I’m unable to claim the server.
I tried everything I found: claimIt doesn’t work (got error:500 and all fixes doesn’t work to me)
I also tried reinstalling Plex a lot of times but still nothing.
It also says to update the server, but at least the OS doen’t find any new update for it (so far i always updated it via OMV or directly via command line)
Server logs might give a clue on what’s going on (or what isn’t working). Sounds like there might be a connection issue preventing the server from talking to Plex‘s backend (e.g. some firewall, bad DNS…)

Also I already had it working without any problem like a month ago, but like a week ago I lost all the libraries in Plex and started getting this error when I tried to add 'em again.

That means I should set another DNS, right?
whatever you think you setup isn’t working.
go in and fix your configuration
Sorry for the late reply, but I was able to claim it while connected to another network, but as soon as I connected it to the other network it gave me again the same problem, despite I now changed the DNS to a static one (google, 8.8.8.8)
