I am having issues claiming my plex server. I updated last week and since then I have not been able to get to my plex libraries. After much time down the rabbit hole I have found that I now need to claim my plex server. I have tried to follow all of the articles I can find to do this including clicking on the Setup Plex.html file in my Plex Media Server folder(this goes to a page that never fully loads and stays in a loop), modifying my Preferences.xml file with a new claim code that I generate at plex.tv/claim, and even modifying the registry according to some help articles. Please help me get my server back online. I am including my logs file where I have enabled verbose logging.

I resolved this issue, it was what it is so many times in IT…DNS…I should have known better. The server could not get out to plex.tv to authenticate. I changed the dns server to 8.8.8.8 on the box plex was running from and low and behold, I could then claim the server. I have a Unifi UDR and thought I was covered but no. Don’t do what I did and do yourself a favor, set one of your dns servers to google manually and do not just rely on auto settings!
