Hello all, I am having a random issue that started happening a few days ago. I can not claim my server and i can not access any of the admin features. I tried deleting the few registries in regards to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Plex, Inc.\Plex Media Server that did not work. Reinstalled Plex still a no go. Turned off all firewalls and did a ipconfig/flushdns. Any guidance is greatly appreciated
Mind sharing some more details on how far you get and how you try to access the server (bundled vs hosted version of Plex Web)?

So… what exactly happens if you click Claim Server?
Nothing lol. also it does not give me the option to log out of the acccount which is weird
What happens if you do the same with a different browser?
Same result via Firefox and Microsoft Edge
Only thing i can remember doing was resetting my password not sure if that was the main cause of this issue t hough

Was reading more articles in the forums and i was able to locate the log for the server but not quite sure what to make of it i will post it here if it helps(File removed)
You’re having some network issues.
It appears something is preventing your Plex Media Server from interacting properly. This log file of yours shows a number of occasions where requests get refused or time out unanswered.
If you have no local firewall or “security tools” that interfere with the communication you could take a look at your DNS settings or check the DNS rebind protection on your router (e.g. adding an exception for plex.direct – however the latter doesn’t seem to cause your issues).
You cannot claim your server if Plex cannot “phone home”.
I fixed my issue. This is what I did incase someone else has this issue. I have nothing stored on my C drive ( besides the plex client) I did a PC refresh - reinstalled plex and boom it found it instantly. My plex server is now up and running thank you @tom80H for the support <3
