I am migrating from one install to another so i have stood up the new windows server and installed Plex i go to the direct page (not plex.tv) http://[IP]:32400/web/index.html/setup or http://localhost:32400/web/index.html/setup the server will then ask me to login i do so as there seems to be no way around it. once i login it tries to connect me to my old server and i can never add the new server to my account. i have even tried installing a much older version to see if i could configure it with an old version same issue.
