I'm unable to create a new Plex Media Server on my new PC

PLEX was running well on my old PC server. However, I now have a new Windows server and I want to install a brand new PLEX server on it. After installing PLEX Media Server, my browser automatically opened and prompted me to log in to my PLEX account. After logging in, I saw my old PLEX server interface, but I couldn’t find where to create a new PLEX server. In the end, I had to delete the old PLEX server on the previous PC, but I still couldn’t create a new PLEX server on the new one. The initialization page just wouldn’t pop up! I need help because I can’t create any PLEX servers now.
