Can't connect remotely anymore

Running server on Windows

Never had issues before but with the new update I can no longer access my server remotely and neither can friends. Or more accurately, I can see my account remotely but everything is empty (greyed). I’ve toggled on my app between wifi and remote and it connects fine through the wifi still. I haven’t changed anything other than get the latest update.

Need help please.

Some firewalls can get a bit overzealous. Double check those settings to make sure everything allows Plex a passthrough.

It says that Plex is allowed across the board. I turned off the firewall but the same problem persists.
Any other thoughts?
