Guys please help, i’m using computer/windows as my Media Server and for my PLEX Media Player is my Apple TV 4th Gen, i can’t connect to my media server using my apple tv they are all in the same network both is wired connection.
could you try signing out within the Plex for Apple TV app and sign in again
If problems persist, please get logs from both - the server and the Plex app on the Apple TV
