Can't connect to my Plex Web App in my local network

Server Version#: 1.41.5.9522-72009522
Player Version#: Latest AppleTV App, iPadOS and IOS App, MacOS App

if I enter http://server.local.ip.address:32400/web in my browser, I get an error message that this page can not be opened.

The server is running and I can access it over the AppleTV, iPadOS and iOS App, everything works in the local network.
When trying to connect with my iPhone outside the local network, I can’t connect. So the remote access doesn’t seem to be working.
The MacOS App doesn’t find the Plex Media Server in the local network at all…

When trying to open the Plex Web App I can’t connect and get an ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE page…

If you need the log files, please tell me where I can get them…

Thanks for your help

On Synology, You’ll find the logs in:

PlexMediaServer/AppData/Plex Media Server/Logs

Using FileStation, migrate down to Plex Media Server,

Right-click LogsCompress to Logs.zip

Download that to your computer and then attach here.

Logs.zip (2.8 MB)

Thanks for your answer. please find enclosed the logs

Are you using two routers or a VPN ?

PMS sees two

Mar 17, 2025 18:47:40.680 [139697356299064] DEBUG - [EventSourceClient/pubsub/139.162.158.105:443] MyPlex: mapping state set to ‘Mapped - Not Published (Double NAT)’.

3 weeks ago I changed my ISP and got a new router.

On this router I have an range extender connected. Currently no VPN running…

The Apple devices (AppleTV, iOS and iPadOS) connected over LAN or Wifi are running fine.

The MacBook connected to the same Wifi does not find the PMS.

How can I correct this Router issue?

Thanks again for your help.

Ok, this https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/ didn’t help either.

So I renamed preferences.xml on my Synology after stoping the server. Then I restarted the server and a new preferences.xml was created.
Now everything is back to normal.
Plex Web App is working again and I can manage my server again.

This might not be the smartest solution but it solved my problem.

However, I will check with my ISP on the Double NAT…

Thanks for your help.

I indeed have Double-NAT as my ISP told me.
Remote access is shown not working, but the AppleTV and iPhone App can connect and play also from outside my local network…
