Plex Web and Access to Synology NAS

I have many Apple devices on my local network and all work fine streaming from the NAS. My iPad Pro runs the app fine on the iPad but when I am using the web app version it cannot find my library? I have signed out and back in again and still no change, any ideas why only the web version (Plex.app.tv) cannot see my local library, when the app on the same iPad works fine?

When I open Plex web from within the NAS using my local IP address (10.0.4.23) it opens fine and I have secure and direct access to PMS.

Does your nas have multiple network interfaces connected to different networks? Looking at your account it shows that is also has a 192.168.x.x local address

I am behind a double NAT (unfortunately) which I can’t do anything about.
I also use Zerotier to access Plex remotely because with double NAT I cannot use port forwarding because my ONR is blocked by ISP from being bridged (but that’s a different story). As a test I removed zerotier URL and reinstated Relay and it didn’t make any difference.

The bizzare thing is that this only happens with my iPad. My iPhone and Mac can access then server through Plex web app no problem and settings between all devices are the same.
