Can't connect to Plex server running on brand new NVIDIA Shield

I had to replace my NVIDIA Shield that had a broken bluetooth radio and the on new NVIDIA Shield I can’t get anything to connect to the plex server. I’ve seen posts that say a server SSL certificate may need to be reset by a plex employee, and that could be the issue, but I’m not sure.

Nevermind, my issue is resolved by rebooting my router.
