Can't Connect To Plex Server

Hi to all,
I am new here, and am sure this has been covered before, but I am having issues connecting to Plex server, I have a Vodafone router, and have spoken to them regarding the issue, they asked me to manually input DNS of 8 8 8 8 and a DDNS of 8 8 4 4. Still can not connect, the technician said it was connecting fine at there end, and have said to me to contact the Nvidia Shield TV manufacturers, but the shield seems to be working fine.

Very puzzled over this
