Can't connect to PMS in Samsung TV and Xbox Series x

Hi, I’m looking for help connecting to my Plex server through my 2019 Samsung TV and Xbox Series X.

Setup
Router: BT Business Smart Hub 2
Switch: NETGEAR GS308 8-Port Gigabit Switch
TV: 2019 Samsung QE65Q60RATXXU
Other: Xbox Series X
Connection: Ethernet
PMS server is installed on a 2018 Mac mini (Big Sur 11.3)

I can connet to the PMS on my mobile and my other Samsung TV (UE43RU7100KXXU) but these 2 devices report the server is unavailable.

Everything is on the latest software/firmware
The TVs are running the same version of Plex player
I’ve tried ethernet and wireless connections
I’ve change the IP of the server
I’ve set secure connections to preferred
I’ve unplugged everything over night
I’ve reinstalled the players and the server
Cleared app cache
Removed, both devices from authorised devices, reset the apps and logged back on again
Setup a user PIN

I can access my server via plex.tv using the browser on the problem TV so I’m.totally lost as to what else it can be. I’d blame the app but I have the same problem with the Xbox.

Server Version#: 4.53.0
Player Version#: 5.12.0 (Xbox and Samsung TV)

Randomly started wirking on both systems. No obvious change or updates.
