I’m not sure what I’m up against here, and would truly appreciate any help. Shortly after my latest upgrade things went very wrong. Plex on my AppleTV can no longer find the server. If I login to the webapp, I can no longer see the server either. Strangely… the infuse app on my apple tv can still play content from the plex server, so it’s clearly active. I thought it might be something to do with needing to reclaim the server? I tried following the “reclaiming a lost server” Faq #25. Unfortunately when I edit the Preferences.xml file it doesn’t incllude anyyy of the lines listed. It’s tiny and contains very little. I think something is super corrupted with my install. I have no clue where to even start. I’ve done multiple uninstalls/reinstalls which does nothing.
